ERO-GL / V glue auto-loader system guarantees a constant adhesive level in the left lower glue unit. Operators no longer need to worry about continuous glue filling and level checking. The system automatically fills the left lower glue unit when the ERO auto-fill system receives a signal from the ultrasonic sensor mounted on the glue pot. The system features a medium pressure pump to load the glue from the bucket. When the adhesive level drops below the set limit, an ultrasonic sensor inside the lower glue unit sends a signal to the pump to start working. A power on lamp is included in the system as a standard. ERO-GL/V adapts to all the folder-gluer models in the market.
