Description

Our 3D metal printers (1 EOS M280, 2 SLM 280 HL and 2 SLM 500), allow from a CAO-3D file to build aluminium, stainless steel, 718 Inconel, TiAl6V4 Titanium and Maraging steel pieces. Additive metal manufacturing allows to make pieces with complicated geometry (cavity, arch material…) but also to make injection tools for plastic pieces. 3D metal printing, known as SLM, is a laser technology that uses sintered metals. As with laser sintering, a high power laser melts the particles onto the powder bed while the machine distributes uniform metal powder layers. Support structures are automatically generated and built simultaneously, in the same material. They are then removed manually. Once completed, the part is subjected to a heat treatment
