Description

Pellet additive manufacturing (PAM) is a technology in which parts are printed using injection pellets. The machine has four pellet cartridges, each connected to an injection chamber which heats and extrudes the material through a deposition nozzle. The part is made by deposing successive layers of material on a heated platform. Because there are four separate cartridges we are able to build a part comprising up to four different materials.
