The composite hose FLEXCHEM-TXX, is built around multilayer polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) films wrapped between an internal and external spiral in stainless steel, in the construction is also inserted a FEP tubular. High-strength reinforcing fabrics complete the structure. The cover is made with special thermoplastic impregnated polyester fabrics , abrasion, weathering, light, UV rays and ozone resistant. The inner PTFE layer and the stainless steel 316 metal wire, making it suitable to meet demanding applications ranging from aspiration and delivery of highly corrosive chemicals, acids, paints and solvents. It is used in case of transfer of aggressive fluids non compatible with the polypropylene.
