Description

MARS generators use the PEM technology (proton exchange membrane), which allows for ultra-pure hydrogen at the desired pressure without the need for external purification or compression systems. MARS generators are powered simply by electricity and distilled water; no caustic solution is used. MARS generators are ideal for every laboratory application: as carrier gas for GC-FID/GC-NPD/GC-TCD, as reagent gas for GC-ELCD/GC-HALL, as reaction gas for ICP-MS. In addition, the very high purity of hydrogen produced by MARS generators makes it ideal for storage in metal hydride cylinders for use with fuel cells. MARS generators are maintenance-free, safe and reliable.
