Description

Refrigerated Incubator, also called low-temperature Incubator, are incubators that are designed to maintain temperatures below ambient to as low as about 10°C. These incubators keep the temperature at 20°C, necessary to perform a test called a Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD). It involves incubating samples saturated with oxygen at 20°C usually for five days. Isotherm® Refrigerated Incubators have an ergonomic design, microprocessor PID controls, UV disinfection, 4-zone heated air jacket, and precisely tuned and tested ventilation and insulation package.
