LiTeM is a unique product wirelessly receiving and monitoring temperature directly from engine cylinder liner so that provide vital data for continuos control & monitoring of cylinder liner condition of Internal Combustion Engines used in many power plants and marine industry. Description: Main purpose of LiTeM is to succeed receiving and monitoring temperature directly from Diesel Engine Liner temperature by Wireless & Batteryless Sensing Node with Energy Harvesting System, and transferring all data via Wi-Fi / BLE to the Main Control Panel to establish preventive, informative and protective early warning system and try to minimize the Liner Failures encountered in diesel engines. Product Features iTeM enables direct measurement of temperature from the engine's cylinder liner, providing accurate data for analysis. This innovative sensing node operates wirelessly and is battery-free, utilizing an energy harvesting system to power itself without the need for external sources. LiTeM facilitates seamless data transmission to the main control panel through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. The product includes an early warning system that alerts operators to potential piston ring break, piston seizure and failures, allowing for timely intervention. LiTeM ensures continuous control and monitoring of cylinder liner temperature, ensuring that deviations are promptly identified. The system adopts a proactive approach to preventive maintenance by offering continuous monitoring, thus minimizing the risk of unexpected breakdowns.
