With DUSTMAC-series modular filter units, individual system designs can be created for central multi-user extraction for nearly any type of dust and almost any industry. Based on the type, volume and amount of dust, an appropriate filter is used in the system housing. Even a suitable fan (such as MDV or RG) can be integrated into the system design based on specific requirements. Then a pipe system can connect the system to any number of extraction points. The filter is cleaned automatically through pulse-jet cleaning, during and after suction operation. The separated dust is collected in a container underneath the cone. Other discharge possibilities include cellular rotary valves for continuous discharge, large-volume containers, double shutter valves and pinch valves. If necessary, DUSTMAC extraction systems can be equipped with a wide array of safety systems, such as explosion relief valves for ATEX systems or an ABC powder extinguisher for flying sparks.
