This solution has similar characteristics to pallet racking systems with an overhead loft, although the functionality derived from its smaller structural size means it is better suited to more straightforward applications. An elevated floor, accessed by stairways positioned according to the planned use, is installed over a conventional, manually loaded shelving system and provides an equivalent surface area.
