This is an elaborately designed shelf model, suitable for the manual management of medium loads in different formats. It has been developed exclusively by Estanterías Record and combines a considerable load-bearing capacity with a very aesthetic design. Like the conventional manual loading system, its basic components are the racks and load levels, which are made up of bars and the various optional surfaces that can be positioned on them. However, as this product line has a different focus, its construction elements have a different design and are not compatible with the aforementioned system. The racks are not assembled using lattice bracings, but rather with cross-sections, and the visible side of the struts of the racks is completely flat and has no drill holes. The bars, whose visible side is also flat, have special end connectors which, when fixed to the struts on the inside, hide the coupling between both parts almost entirely, giving the lines a remarkably clean appearance. Finally, the load levels are fitted with melamine chipboard or metal panels, depending on planned use. The structural components of the Bricord series do not offer different dimensional options according to load requirements. All in all, the heavy-duty design ensures high performance for a wide selection of mid-range weights, very similar to the basic options of the conventional shelving programme for manual loading.
