The Flexslice system starts with the coupler. The coupler can be connected to the EtherCAT network through the Ethernet port above the module. The RJ45 interface below the module can be used to connect more EtherCAT modules on the same line.
The PB66 bus coupler supports up to 16 I/O modules. These modules have flexible mechanical locks and bus interfaces, which can be connected to EBUS through the backplane. PB66 is installed with guide rail. It can convert the message from Ethernet 100BASE-T to EBUS signal format.
In the EtherCAT network, the P366 coupler can be installed anywhere in the Ethernet network, making it suitable for opération near the master station or remote location.
