•Multipurpose tank for all types of cheese. •Capacity: from 2.000 till 3.000 It. •Vat made in AISI 304 stainless steel. •The vat can be made open or closed for CIP washing. •Main tasks: agitation, heating, cooling, coagulation, cutting of the curd and draining. •The vat is placed on a base and is tilted for unloading by a hydraulic control unit. •Curd cutting harp with knives; its speed can be adjusted by an inverter. •Temperature control by a probe. •Heating can be done with steam or hot water. •Electrical panel for management.
