Description

The “BP R ...” gas burner series thanks to their light and handy structure combined with reduced overall dimensions, are ideal for all the installations requiring a compact and silent combustion group with high turn-down ratio. The burner structure is in carbon steel; parts in contact with the flame are in refractory steel and in Nickel Chrome alloys. Externally to the burner, with orientation to define according to the installation needs, are located the gas ramp, the combustion air blower and the automatic burner control unit. Max. thermal power is 1450 kW (1.250.000 kcal/h) and min. thermal power is 5 kW (4.300 kcal/h). The completely automatic operation allows different regulation controls such as on-off, high-low flame, modulating on gas or modulating on ratio. This last control systems allow to reach turn-down ratio of 50:1 with neutral combustion chamber. The burner can be supplied in the following versions: - Internal duct - External duct Features • Direct spark ignition, ionization flame detection electrode. • For Natural gas and LPG, other gaseous fuel on request. • Turn down ratio 50 to 1. • Available as packaged execution, with gas train valves according to EN 746-2 (or other required), on right or left orientation. • Easy to install, to start, to operate.
