The VEINAIRFLAM-V burners are raw gas burners designed for direct fired fresh air or partially mixed air heating. They are the basic standard for low, middle or semi high temperature (up to 850 °C) make-up applications in many industrial fields. The VEINAIRFLAM-V burners produce a uniform, odorless, and smokeless flame ideal for heating fresh air in make-up and process air heating applications. VEINAIRFLAM-V burners design provides stable operation over a wide range of velocities, inputs, and fuels. The VEINAIRFLAM-V burners design make possible to operate the burner with a combustion air blower. The low O² percentage in the combustion air flow either the air flow rate variations generate an impoverishment of this air or a variation of the air speed around the burner and thus a pressure drop loss at the burner. These particular conditions require to use a blower for air combustion forced in the burner to guarantee a correct O² percentage necessary for its smooth running and thus to maintain a good combustion. The VEINAIRFLAM-V burners are directly mounted in the airstream to be heated. The oxygen necessary for combustion is taken directly from the air duct added to the air coming from the combustion blower. The VEINAIRFLAM-V burners doesnt need adjustable profile plates or diaphragm to ensure the correct air speed all around the burner. 45% air excess mini ensure a good combustion added to the general duct air flow to be heated.
