Description

Moonflower Blue is our most accurate product for 3D parts random bin picking, usually adopted for automotive components. Moonflower Blue is intended to pick parts, stacked or randomly mixed, from a box or a pallet starting from a STEP drawing of the object. For each part more than one gripping position can be defined One or more systems composed of a camera and a laser line are used to build the 3D image. Different cameras are used to match different materials. When a part is picked the robot can load directly a machine or prepare stacked pallets for another system. Standard working area, without a z axis to move the sensor, is an Europallet (800 mm x 1200 mm) filled for 1000 mm.
