Description

Compact milling / polishing heads with quickly exchangeable diamond cutting edges for edge polishing machines for processing glossy and transparent plastics as well as light metals and composite materials. The patented tool system cURACRYL cL is a further development of our successful system curacryl cS for edge polishing machines and is used in machines that use tools with a small diameter. The compact design of the inserts allows us to manufacture milling heads with a diameter down to 40 mm. It replaces your current original tool and enables you to produce more flexibly, more efficiently, faster, more versatile and more cost-effectively. New on the market and already a bestseller and the reasons for this are obvious: The cutters can be removed and installed individually within seconds without any adjustment work. Even after a resharpening service. The different cutters are color-coded so that they can be easily identified. The individual cutters are universal and fit in all types of edge polishing machines as well as in CNC milling machines. You only need additional cutters, not complete heads, in order to process different materials or create different surfaces. The cutters can be removed individually for service. Only the cutters that really need to be resharpened are resharpened.
