EUROGRATE® GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) moulded gratings offer significant economic and safety benefits, due to the unique Teknotex manufacturing process, combined with the use of high quality raw materials.
Moulded gratings are composite products, suitable for use in any situation. They are installed for many applications in various sectors, including chemicals, construction, railway, and water treatment.
EUROGRATE® fibreglass moulded gratings are ideal for environments where there are corrosion problems and, depending on the customer's requirements, they are available in various resins, with many meshes and types of surface.
To complete our service to the customer, we offer a range of complementary products: stair treads, stair tread covers, closed panels, flat panels, fencing, handrails, fixed vertical ladders and structural profiles. Our moulded and pultruded gratings can be combined to build structures made completely of fibreglass (GRP).
EUROGRATE® fibreglass or GRP moulded gratings are available in the main types of resin: orthophthalic, isophthalic, vinylester and phenolic; fire resistant and low smoke emission formulations can be formulated (M1-F0, M1-F1, ASTM E 84, BS part 7, ASTM F3059-15 L2, IMO MED, etc.)
The combination of resins and glass fibre used results in the following distinctive characteristics:
MECHANICAL RESISTANCE: able to support loads up to several tonnes;
CORROSION RESISTANCE: resistant to acids and the most aggressive agents;
ELECTRICAL AND THERMAL INSULATION: non-magnetic and non-conductive, they do not require earthing;
