Mineral hydraulic oil HVLP, with detergency, ashless, zinc-free Eurol® Hykrol DAZ is an hydraulic oil, formulated from high performance base stocks and specially selected additives. The product is ashless, zinc-free and has strong deterging properties. Due to the emulsifying capabilities, Eurol® Hykrol DAZ is extremely suitable for hydraulic systems with a higher risk for water contamination (bridges, locks and on board ships). The emulsified water has no negative effects on the filterability and the corrosion protection. Due to the high viscosity index, Eurol® Hykrol DAZ is suitable for heavily loaded hydraulic systems operating under strongly fluctuating temperatures. Eurol® Hykrol DAZ can be used in systems with bronze or silver plated components. Because of the thermal and oxidation stability, the product will preserve its high quality, even under extreme loads. NB: When changing from a zinc-based hydraulic or engine oil to Eurol® Hykrol DAZ, the system should be flushed and cleaned prior to filling the system.
