Europoliuretani designs and manufactures also automated systems for the spreading of polyurethane glue (mono and bi-component) tailored to satisfy the customer requests and needs. EX. 1 – Example of automated application (A50) The operator has simply to place on the motorised roller surface the panels and the system will automatically read the length and width spreading the quantity of chemical required, thus avoiding material waste and allowing a rapid operation. It is not required any default sequence for the support of the panels and the panels can have different measures one from the other. The operator will lay the large panel on a moving carriage and position it anywhere in the “0 point” to start the application of the adhesive. Sensors automatically detect the shape of the panel, whether it is straight or curved. The robot moves both along the horizontal axis and vertical one, to follow the shape of the panel, whether it be flat or curved. The feature that makes the system functional, is its being adaptable to all types of panels. The system is made to use both “comb dispenser”, which allow to distribute the glue uniformly on the whole surface, and “no comb.” The assembly / disassembly of the comb dispenser occurs easily through “click” as for the manual dispensers.
