Entrust us with your project and let us assist you in the choice of the temperature sensor to guarantee precision and accuracy in temperature measurements. The PT1000 probe is a temperature sensor using the thermal resistance principle. It is made of platinum, which has a resistance at 0 degrees Celsius of 1000 ohms. As the temperature changes, the resistance of the conductor wire also changes, allowing the temperature of the environment to be determined. This resistance variation is proportional to the temperature. The PT1000 probe is used to measure high temperatures and high measurement accuracies. It can be connected to measuring devices or electronic equipment for more complex processing. Accuracy PT1000 probes have stable long-term resistance and low tolerance, making them a suitable choice for applications that require high accuracy. By using a higher resistance than PT100, the change in resistance for a change in temperature is greater, so the sensitivity of the measurement is higher.
