ICON combines small size and ease of use by creating the high-performance desktop solution, optimal for marking and traceability needs. The ergonomics and ease of work of ICON are unique in the industrial field, with intuitive software, front touch display, large work area, door open on three sides with a large inspection window. The system can be supplied with a linear Z axis and a rotary R axis. Furthermore, ICON can house QSW or MOPA fiber LASER sources from 20W to 50W depending on the needs of the customer's application. ICON can be integrated within cells to operate in coordination with the factory information and logistic systems with a view to Industry 4.0. The system is also available in the stand-alone version with self-supporting support. 1. EASYPAD The EASYPAD machine front operator panel is unique of its kind. The customer's marking needs are completely fulfilled by the interface, which is so simple and intuitive that it does not require training. EASYPAD, touch and multifunctional, allows the user to control the machine and the basic functions of the software without having to access the PC. 2. WORKING VOLUME Despite the compact size, ICON allows you to mark large parts thanks to the large worktop with step drilling and the motorized Z axis, with a stroke of 400mm. 3. CAMERA ICON is a Desktop marking machine with the possibility of integrating a vision system for reading 1D / 2D codes or to use the "MATRIXLIVE" function, which allows you to visually center the position of the piece thanks to the "live overlay" display and to be able to mark in a simple and immediate way.
