The laser welding cell for 2D and 3D processing with Robot. Flexible and configurable to the needs of the product to be welded, Robocell adapts to batches of any size and is designed for productions with frequent product changes. The cell is equipped with high quality fiber lasers, high energy efficiency and low maintenance to reduce operating costs. 1. ANTHROPOMORPHIC ROBOT The cell is equipped with a latest generation anthropomorphic robot, easy to program and flexible in use, which can be configured to handle the product or to move the welding head. 2. ENERGY SAVING SOURCES The laser sources used are of the Fiber CW or QCW type usually between 1 and 6 kW of power. They are energy-efficient and particularly suitable for welding processes. 3. REDUCED SPACE REQUIRED The space dedicated to the welding cell is reduced as the spaces dedicated to the robot and the workpiece handling area have been optimized in order to contain the dimensions but to have maximum practicality. MATRIX – SOFTWARE SUITE Matrix is an advanced Software Suite developed thanks to thirty years of experience in Laser Marking, Engraving, Welding and Micromachining systems and ready for the challenges of Industry 4.0. It represents the state of the art of work functions and has the best man-machine interface on the market. This makes the training times of the operators practically nil and makes even more intense use pleasant. The practical EASYPAD touch on the front of the machine allows the operator to control the primary functions of MATRIX even without accessing the PC, allowing for a reduction in working times and making it easier to use.
