Band filters EWAFIL are intended for removal of metal filings, sludge after chemical cleaning of waste waters and other mechanical impurities. This device works in semi-automated mode. The device is manufactured completely from chrome-nickel steel class AISI 304. Band filters are supplied with complete electrical installation including automated device for unwinding of filter belt. The automated device can be chosen from float switch or capacity sensor. The filtration process is done on the roll from nonwoven polypropylene textile of weight 20 g or 30 g/1m2. Also, the filtration roll is a part of the delivery. EWAFIL 1200 band filter is intended for filtration of medium with performance of approx. max. 3,200 litres/1 hour. The performance of the band filter is dependent on the level of contamination of filtered medium. The equipment can be delivered, including the catchment tank of clean water equipped with a submersible pump and EBP draining container.
