Filter media are manufactured from irregularly organized, by heat connected glass fibres. Flexible fibres in the medium are progressively thickened towards the side of clean air. This is smoothened or reinforced with a special layer. The progressive structure of media ensures good arrestance, high holding capacity for accumulation of rough particles, especially paint overspray and slow growth in pressure losses. Field of use: Filters from glass fibres are used as floor filtration material for separation of fine and tiny drops of paints. They can be used up to 120°C.
