Benefits:
• Low friction coefficiency due to effective seals
• Easy to install and low-maintenance
• Worldwide availability through Ewellix's distribution network
• Flexible in slide length and linear stroke
• Standard components of linear ball bearings
• Range with tandem blocks LZBU or shaft supports LZAU
Both the LZAU and the LZBU are linear slides which do not have a drive and are designed with linear bearings. They are comprised of a Quadro unit with shafts and shaft blocks or supports. Quadro slides are designed for average loads in terms of guidance and positioning accuracy and are equipped with effective seals.
Type A LZBU slides are designed with tandem shaft blocks on both sides which are usually fixed while the Quadro unit moves axially.
Type B LZBU slides are designed with tandem shaft trestles on both sides which normally move axially while the Quadro unit is fixed.
LZAU slides have supported shafts with an open Quadro unit for long stroke lengths.
Slides LZBU.. A design uses tandem shaft blocks at both ends and typically the shaft blocks are fixed and the quadro unit is moving axially.
Slides LZBU.. B design uses tandem shaft blocks at both ends and typically the quadro units are fixed and the shaft blocks are moving axially.
Slides LZAU design are using supported shafts with an open quadro unit for long strokes
