Description

Excelitas pco.dicam C8 combines eight high-resolution image intensifiers each with a 25 mm diameter that offers a fully integrated eight-channel intensified camera. In addition, this camera features advanced optical coupling via ultra-fast tandem lens to a 16-bit sCMOS sensor that ensures equal light distribution to each image intensifier which can detect single photons with shortest exposure times down to 4 ns at 848 fps at full 4.2 MPixel resolution. The pco.dicam C8 offers extremely high burst frame repetition rates that allow the user to record sequences of 8 ultra-fast images in 32 ns or 16 ultra-fast images in less than 1 µs while ensuring highest image quality. Its 80G fiber optic based data interface (CLHS FOL) guarantees uncompressed and secure 16-bit data transfer of 848 full frames per second via optical fiber over virtually any distance with high transmission efficiency.
