The OmniCure® UV LED MAX Heads are specially designed to provide faster UV curing rates, higher power efficiency and superior control with monitoring capabilities. Our UV LED MAX Heads provide superior thermal management by means of a copper core and optimized aluminum heat sink used to extract and dissipate internal heat generated by the LED, allowing enhanced air-cooling efficiency in even the most challenging manufacturing environment. The OmniCure LX500 MAX heads feature a connector designed for easier installation to the controller which locks in place for a secure connection.
Superior LED Irradiance & Flexibility for UV Spot Curing
Heads are offered in either a short or long style with multiple wavelengths to choose from (i.e. 365 nm, 385 nm, 400 nm) or a selection of replaceable focusing lenses to meet the spot size and irradiance level required for a specific application.
Note: Our previous generation LX400 UV LED MAX heads can also be used with the LX500 controller with the addition of an adapter to offer process integration flexibility for existing customers.
