Power trowel

The Resimart © trowel machine is a machine designed to perform the upper and lateral smoothing of prestressed concrete slabs. With the technique used by this machine, a product with a better finish and a presence that stands out over other products manufactured without the use of the machine is achieved since it manages to eliminate surface defects. This machine allows to work with different sizes of product without more preparation than to exchange the lateral active parts and adjust the height of the trowel. The hopper arranged on the machine allows the continuous supply of mortar specially adapted to improve the surface finish of the piece. In addition, it allows you to add a top coat of different colors or with different aggregates to achieve different finishes. In the Resimart © trowel machine, the position of the upper trowel is adjustable to be able to regulate the final height of the product in a simple way and with total precision. The side parts can be opened with a hydraulic system, which facilitates the placement and removal of the machine on the casting bed without damaging the molded product and thus taking advantage of the 100% manufactured product. Both the feed speed of the machine and that of the troweling can be easily regulated, in order to achieve optimal productivity and finish.
