Description

ExerialTM Industrial Production 3D Printer The Flagship for Industrial Series Production Industrial series production of complex sand cores and molds is now possible using the Exerial™ 3D printer with two job boxes and a printing volume of 130.5 ft3 (3,696 L). Multiple Exerial™ printers can be linked together, forming a networked assembly system. This high degree of automation makes the Exerial™ printer ideal for mass production. The ExOne® 3D printing process enables production of sand molds and cores direct from CAD files, without need for tooling or pattern storage. Use of specially-formulated industry materials such as silica and synthetic molding sand and binders, allows foundries to combine complex printed cores with their own conventional sand molds.
