EXTOL uses the most modern technology to assemble aluminium profiles with RPT. There are currently three profile assembly lines.
Benefits of aluminium windows with RPT
Energy savings
The measures taken by European governments under the Kyoto Protocol have resulted in increasingly strict laws on the subject of energy efficiency. The goal is to reduce CO2 emissions. RPT reduces energy loss through enclosures and is therefore an energy-saving ally.
Bi-colour profiles
There is currently a great deal of emphasis on building design and aesthetics. The need to obey urban development codes combined with the desire for personalisation have converted windows into a sign of identity.
Prevents condensation
In cold climates, when the outdoor temperature is very low and the relative humidity inside is high, condensation forms on the inside of the windows. This is due to the fact that the temperature of the interior profile is lower than the dew point. With RPT, the surface temperature of the indoor profile is raised, thereby limiting the formation of condensation.
Durability
Once the windows are installed they require very little maintenance since they do not attract dust thanks to the powder coated or anodised finish. The friction caused by the fittings is limited, which means that the malfunctions due to incorrect use are minimal.
Window nonflammable
Aluminium and its alloys are classified as Class A1: non-combustible. They do not contribute to the propagation of fire and in the event of a fire they do not release substances that are harmful to health.
Versatility
Aluminium windows and aluminium windows with RPT can be combined with any glass width,
