Based on ELFS support rails, LFR profiled track rollers are combined in order to design linear guides that can be loaded from all directions.
▪ LFR can be compared in their structure with double-row angular contact ball bearings without filling slots. The profiled track roller is entirely made of 100Cr6 roller
bearing steel.
▪ In addition to radial loads, axial loads are supported in both directions.
▪ The extra reinforced outer ring permits high radial loads.
▪ The running profile of the outer ring has a Gothic arch profile and is in two-point contact with the shaft track.
▪ Accuracy class PN DIN620
▪ Radial bearing clearance approaching class CN
LFZ and LFE bolts
Bolts are needed for screwing in to connect LFR profiled track rollers to a carriage or table.
▪ In addition to the LFZ centric bolts, the LFE eccentric bolts is used for clearance-free adjustment of the linear guide
▪ The bolts are made of high-quality heat-treated steel.
▪ The washers included in the scope of supply are used for the release of the screwed on profiled track roller.
Recommended track roller spacing
When using ELFS support rails, the holes for the profiled track rollers must be drilled using the distances given in the table 10.
