Separates what needs to be separated: The SCHULE destoner is used to remove mineral impurities.

The destoner consists of an inclined working chamber with a feed flap that distributes the pre-cleaned product uniformly across the working surface of the machine. A separate fan ensures optimum air flow through the working surface. The oscillating movement of the destoner in combination with the even flow of air through the working surface ensures precise separation of light and heavy particles.
Stones and other specifically heavier particles sink onto the working surface and are discharged via a separate upper outlet by the diagonally upwards conveying movement, while the suspended good product moves to the lower outlet by gravity.
The SCHULE destoner is available in two designs and three different sizes. Thanks to this variety, a wide range of capacities and products can be covered.
The destoner is one of many cleaning machines of the company SCHULE. The use of the destoner also ensures the operational safety of downstream machines, such as the indented cylinder, in this process.
