The product is fed into the machine through the inlet and is directly distributed on the entire drier width. In the first section, hot air flows through the product from the bottom to the top, and an oscillating movement of the machine conveys it to the next section. In the second section, the product is cooled by ambient air and conveyed to the drier outlet.
Various setting options enable optimum adjustment of the final moisture of the product at any time during the process.
The SCHULE fluidised bed drier is available in three different sizes. All of them are made of stainless steel. A large exhaust air hood with inspection opening ensures very easy and quick access to the interior of the fluidised bed. Each section is equipped with a separate fan.
