Stays cool, even when the pressure is high: The SCHULE rubber roll sheller can be set to the ideal pressure for every variety of rice and has a long service life thanks to integrated roller cooling. The rubber roll sheller is an ideal addition to any rice processing plant and can be optimally adjusted to different requirements. As soon as the cleaned paddy gets onto the vibration channel, the channel is activated by a sensor and automatically conveys the product to the rubber rolls via a chute. For an optimum shelling process, the roll contact pressure can be adapted to different rice varieties. Cooling the rubber rolls by means of a fan increases the service life. Downstream of the rubber roll sheller, the mixture of brown rice, detached husks and paddy is fed to the husk separator. Both machines can also be supplied as a unit. Downstream of the husk separator, the husk-free mixture of brown rice and paddy can be further sorted on the table separator.
