Leads every grain in the right direction: The SCHULE sorting cylinder sorts according to thickness and, if desired, into several fractions.

The operating principle of the sorting cylinder consists in thinner grains falling through the screen openings of the cylinder and thicker grains being transported to the outlet. The constant rotation of the sorting drum forces every grain to come into contact with the screen perforation.
If several sorting cylinders are installed in series, more than two fractions can be produced and classified at the same time. Each classified product gets to a separate outlet.
The modular design of the sorting cylinder enables a highly flexible adaptation to different products and processes. The throughput of the sorting cylinder can be further increased by parallel operation. Large lateral assembly flaps ensure quick and easy replacement of the respective sorting cylinders.
