Description

“Cb” package freezer Professional bottle package freezers for the disgorging process, in place in the most demanding wineries. These low temperature refrigerators allow the cooling of a mixture composed of water and food-grade propylene glycol down to a temperature of -28°C. The freezing process takes place by immersing the bottle neck into the refrigerated solution for 6-8 minutes. Our bottle package freezers are industrial refrigerators for low temperature. They are not commercial equipment for hobbyists, but high-quality refrigeration equipment for wineries that need reliable and professional machinery.
