Manual membrane press made of AISI 304 stainless steel on wheels. Membrane presses in the series use the popular membrane pressing procedure in a simple, efficient and economical way. A central elastic membrane, inflated with air, compresses the grapes against the walls of the cylindrical tank. The must is thus completely extracted from the fruit. All processing steps are carried out by the operator without the use of any electricity and include loading the grapes, pressing, collecting the must and unloading the marc. An external compressor is therefore needed to inflate and deflate the membrane (Optional).

– Partially perforated tank capacity 4.5 Hl in AISI 304 stainless steel.
– Manually operated tank rotation system.
– Central elastic membrane in non-toxic food-grade rubber with operating pressures up to 1 bar, which is much lower than other pressing systems, therefore increasing the quality of the extracted must.
– Loading and unloading door with manual opening, positioned in the centre.
– Collection basin for the outflow must be in AISI 304 stainless steel with quick coupling and decoupling.
– Quick compressed air coupling for use with an external air compressor. (Compressor optional).
– Pressure gauge to measure operating pressure.
– Membrane pressure and vacuum valves.
– Safety valve calibrated at 1.5 bar.
