Thermal Break Knurling Machine
Used for knurling the inside of the profile groove in order to increase the slip resistance, this thermal break knurling machine has been designed for semi-automatic operation and quick setups.
Standard Features
• Linear slide system
• Two blades for threading the profile groove.
• Position indicator for each distance adjustments.
• Automatic stopping of profile feeding after 1 feet to insert strip
• Clamps the polyamide strips for automatic insertion of the thermal break while knurling
• Can adjust the speed from 6 to 60 meter per minute.
