CONTINUOUS KNEADER WITH SINGLE BASIN 1000/1500 Kg/h EQUIPPED WITH PREMIX Treatment group for the production in continuous of dough realised with criteria of hygienic design, formed by the following functional parts: Doser of bran/flour Turbo mixer Hydration basins The installation of dough is equipped with a control unit formed by a PLC and an operator panel that consents to monitor and change all the production parameters. CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS Premix Mod. “FTC “ • Production until 1500 kg/h of fresh product (ingredients: water, egg, flour). • Completely made of stainless steel AISI 304. • Mixing corps in holed bar made of stainless steel AISI 304 with high thickness electro-polished internally and externally, equipped with clamp attaches for flour, eggs and water. • Mixing reel with shovels with a special profile, easily extractible made of stainless steel AISI 304. • Anterior door made of stainless steel AISI 304 hinged and opening equipped with security magnetic sensor. • Supports with bearings watertight sealed and distanced by the mixing corps to avoid every contact with the dough. • Motorization at direct transmission distanced from the mixing cylinder. • Attach for the entrance of flours, with receiving basin, equipped with levels of control MIN - MAX, warning siren for the lack of flour and breakinglamp shaker. • Doser made of stainless steel for flours volumetric with precision cochlea, commanded by a gearbox activated by an inverter.
