Dough press FPS 500 SV

The FPS 500 SV PRESS is a machine made of stainless steel, apt for the continuous production of long and short pasta, or alternatively of sheets of pasta, base for any further working process. Differently from other presses, the FPS 500 SV gives the possibility to obtain a product whose features are completely different. The mixture charged in the first containing basin, equipped with reel and pales, is introduced through an endless screw in the second basin, where, thanks to the presence of valves and an aspiration system, there is a vacuum ambient. Through a second screw, that maintains the absence of the air, the worked product exits from the drawplate: the final product, rougher than a mixture obtained with an automatic sheeter, is particularly coloured and compact, because the absence of the air gives the possibility to maintain the natural color, avoiding alterations and oxidations. The hoppers that carry the mixture are completely safe and cleanable, because all made of stainless steel: technical devices use on parts continually cleaned (such as the particular shape of the basin) make every intervention performed by the operators easy and safe, guarantee the maximal hygiene and favour all cleaning operations. The extrusion screw, thanks to its profile thought and projected to permit a high productivity, is controlled by an inverter, so that the operator can choose the desired speed.
