The Faccin HCU, a 2-roll plate rolling machine designed to offer productivity, speed, and precision. To speed up the plate forming process, the lower urethane roll exerts dynamic pressure, ensuring the removal of the flat part of the rolled cans and simplifies the pre-bending-rolling-pre-bending process. These plate rolls are particularly used to produce heating and ventilation system parts (HVAC-R), filters, exhausts, small tanks, fire extinguishers, and LPG gas tanks. Thanks to an exclusive hydro-mechanical roll lifting system (RGS) the positioning, repeatability, and constant working pressures are assured.
