Yarn texturing machine SINCRO MULTIPLA AQUAJET - PREMIUM

A further evolution of Fadis world known SINCRO Multipla Air Jet - PREMIUM is our latest development: the SINCRO MULTIPLA AQUAJET PREMIUM - AIR TEXTURING MACHINE. This machine model is perfectly combining the main features that are characterizing every Fadis product: flexibility, easy handling and quality of the yarn. Starting from our SINCRO Multipla Air Jet - PREMIUM, and thanks to our “open platform“ building concept, we entered the world of air texturing in the “Fadis way” as the idea is to give each customer the machine he really needs, with the possibility to modify it whenever new markets demands arise. Starting from FDY/FOY/SDY yarns, either PA or PES or PP, any combination can be created, also with elastane component, for different end uses such as active wear, sportswear, underwear, knitted fabrics, carpet backing, outdoor and upholstery. The working principle is to start from 1 or more plies of flat multifilament FDY/FOY/SDY yarn that go through a special wetting head and air texturing jet where the yarn structure is changed acquiring more volume, thus greater elasticity, and a more spun-like aspect.
