The Pick-up stacker is a different concept compared to the other stackers, as it is slower, but much more careful with blanks. The process consists of taking the cut blank from the centre of the line and stacking it on one side. It has a shared gantry for different manipulator arms that lift and stack the blank one by one using vacuum cups.
Having different manipulator arms allows you to optimise the cadences according to the blank to be stacked, with the capacity to reach 20 pieces/min.
It allows for the stacking of all types of shapes, thicknesses and materials, although it is most commonly used for medium-thick and delicate materials. It takes great care of the surface quality and blank edges as the parts are deposited on top of each other without impact or noise.
