TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Depending on the preferences and the production means already available to the customer, Fagor Arrasate offers several options for manufacturing the side panel of the dishwasher: Automatic lines: A solution that combines productivity with flexibility. Flexible cells: Greater flexibility and adaptability to new models. Stamping solutions with presses + dies: High productivity solution. Extensive experience in solutions adapted to product and customer specifications, including co-design and simulation tools and providing the latest market trends. The high aesthetic requirements of this product are guaranteed for all types of materials (stainless steel, pre-painted, VCM, black steel). Solutions adapted to customer requirements in terms of cycle time and level of automation required. At FAGOR ARRASATE we offer two options for manufacturing the internal door of the dishwasher: Dies: Starting from a part design, Fagor Arrasate designs and manufactures the die set to produce the internal door of the dishwasher as per specifications. FAGOR ARRASATE offers its customers simulation tools that enable them to review and optimise the design of the part for its correct subsequent industrialisation. The methods available in the plant allow the testing and adjustment of any type of die. In addition to the dies, we also design and supply clamps and auxiliary bars for transfer systems. Turnkey solution: In addition to transfer die sets, at FAGOR ARRASATE we offer turnkey solutions for producing internal dishwasher doors.
