FAGOR ARRASATE’s accumulated knowledge of stamping system technology in general, and hot forming processes in particular, enables us to develop highly specialised customised installations tailored to the requirements of each customer.
An example of this are installations with double-roller kilns which, in addition to the advantages of high reliability and productivity common to this type of kiln, reduce the total length of the installation and allow greater flexibility, as one of them may be deactivated.
Likewise, any of FAGOR ARRASATE’s hot-stamping installations can be complemented with robotic part racking systems that allow the final part of the production, usually carried out manually, to be automated.
