The GreCon SUGARVIEW inspection system checks bulk goods for unwanted components. In the sugar industry in particular, deposits detached from the production equipment can get into the product flow. These are reliably detected by SUGARVIEW. Tolerance monitoring, logs and statistics allow detailed conclusions to be drawn about the upstream production process.

Non-contact measurement
Continuous measurement
Objective quality inspection
Quality assurance and reduction of customer complaints
Measuring Method
SUGARVIEW is preferably used above the product flow on conveyor belts. The bulk material is inspected over the entire surface by a camera system. An automatic height adjustment of the camera and lighting unit with light control creates constant measuring conditions, independent of the ambient conditions. The foreign objects are automatically detected and classified by three image processing steps. The process takes place continuously during ongoing production, so that a representative statement about the product quality or the contamination is possible in real time. This technology makes it possible to objectively assess quality for the first time.
