Laminated materials are widely used in construction and packaging industries due to their thermal and acoustic insulation properties and to their excellent mechanical strength. Laminating Machinery On-Line is intended to laminate the materials directly INLINE = on the Extrusion line for foam materials widths up to 1650mm. Materials for Lamination: Basic Material: Expanded Film (foam) PE or PP, Air Bubble Film Lamination Materials: LDPE, HDPE film Laminating Process: The Laminator is indicated to couple perfectly flexible foam or air bubble film with other laminating materials using hot roll system.
