Foam sheet laminating machine

This Laminating Machinery is indicated to laminate more layers of high thickness foam to produce high plates and formats in one step. The laminator possesses four (2+2) or five (2+2+1) lamination heads and cutting machine with longitudinal and transversal cutting units. Materials for Lamination: Foam Materials Laminating Process: This equipment allows to laminate in a perfect uniform mode more layers of high thickness foam thanks to the continuous blowing of the hot air (air blade) on the both sides of the material. In the end of the line there is the special Cutting Machine for High Thickness Formats included: – Two Longitudinal cutting with manual lateral settage; – Transversal cutting assembled on a trolley.
