Description

The drawing shows the details of FARO adjustable combined bearing with eccentric pin. The most important features are: 1. Eccentric pin with straight knurling on the ends, to prevent its rotation 2. Eccentric values are from 0,75mm to 2,5mm according to bearing size. The table shows the minimum and maximum values of “h” dimension (bearing width): 10 intermediate steps are included in this range 3. Sealing system for both bearings is made by rubber seals which assure “long life” lubrication. The bearing adjustment is obtained by the following easy operations: • Disassembling of front washer (it’s not necessary to disassemble the seals or extract the bolt from the roll) • Pulling-out, rotation and insertion of eccentric pin and side guide roller • Assembling on front washer. Special bearings with different dimension from the one indicated can be suppiled upon request
