After connecting the inverter to the motor and to the power supply as indicated in the connection scheme, turn on the motor and lights using the dedicated switches and verify correct operation.
Act on the knob on the front panel allows to adjust continuously the motor rotation speed: turning the knob clockwise, the speed is increased until it reaches its maximum value at end-run; turning the knob counter-clockwise, the speed is decreased until obtaining the motor stop few degrees before reaching the end-run of the rotary knob. After a few seconds from the engine ignition, the gas solenoid valve is activated. The ON/OFF of the solenoid valve is signaled by the dedicated LED on/off. Switching off the motor, the solenoid valve is turned off immediately. lt is possible to set the value of the minimum speed and the maximum speed of the motor through 2 trimmers. To set the speed of the motor, when the motor is on, turn the knob counterclockwise until the motor stops and act on the trimmer MIN until it reaches the desired minimum speed.
Rotate the knob clockwise until it reaches Next, rotate the knob clockwise until it reaches the limit switch and turn the MAX trimmer until it reaches the desired maximum speed. Made these adjustments, the inverter is ready for use. To reduce stress on the motor, ramps of acceleration and deceleration are performed in both phases of ignition and shutdown, either in the transients of change-speed. The inverter is equipped with internal cooling fan that operates automatically whenever you press the power switch. Turning off the inverter by the switch, also the cooling fan is turned off.
